SHIPPING POLICY

 

We aim to deliver your Clean Concept laundry sheets quickly and safely across India. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing

       Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

       Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are typically processed the same business day

       Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends are processed the next business day

       You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched, along with a tracking number

2. Shipping Timeframes

Standard Delivery

       Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days

       Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–6 business days

       Remote areas and North East India: 6–8 business days

 

ℹ️  Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, or factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

       Free shipping on all Pack of 2 or higher orders — always, no minimum spend required

       Single pack orders: shipping fee applies

       COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may attract an additional handling charge of ₹30

ℹ️  Pro tip: Order a Pack of 2 or more and shipping is always on us! It is also the best value way to try Clean Concept.

4. Delivery Partners

We ship via trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, Shiprocket, and others depending on your location. The courier partner will be assigned automatically based on serviceability and efficiency.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order:

       Through the courier partner's website using the tracking number

       Via the 'My Orders' section on our website

       By contacting our support team

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. Refunds for returned packages will be issued after deducting original shipping costs.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@cleanconcept.in with your Order ID. We will investigate with the courier partner and take appropriate action including replacement or refund where applicable.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately. If damage is discovered after opening, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

9. Pincode Serviceability

Delivery is available across most pincodes in India. You can check if your pincode is serviceable at checkout. We do not currently ship internationally.
