1. Our 30-Day Risk-Free Trial

Every Clean Concept purchase is backed by our 30-Day Risk-Free Trial. Here is what it means for you:

       You have 30 days from the date of delivery to try our laundry sheets

       The trial applies to all standard purchases, including opened and used products

       If you are unhappy for any reason — scent, performance, compatibility, or anything else — you are eligible for a full refund

       No need to return the product in unused or sealed condition to claim your trial refund

       Only one 30-Day Trial refund is permitted per customer

2. What Is Covered

The following are fully covered under our return and refund policy:

       Products you are unsatisfied with for any reason within 30 days of delivery (Trial Refund)

       Products that are damaged, defective, or faulty at the time of delivery

       Incorrect or wrong products delivered due to our error

       Products lost or significantly delayed in transit

3. What Is Not Covered

The following are not eligible for a return or refund:

       Requests made after 30 days of the delivery date

       Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper storage, or negligence

       Second or subsequent refund requests from the same customer (one trial per customer)

       Free gifts, promotional samples, or bundled bonus items

       Orders placed using refund-exploitative intent (we reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of policy abuse)

4. How to Claim Your Refund or Return

Claiming your refund is simple:

       Email us at hello@cleanconcept.in with your Order ID and reason for the refund

       Or raise a request through the 'My Orders' section on our website

       For damaged or defective products, attach clear photographs of the product and packaging

       Our team will review and respond within 2 business days

       For Trial Refunds: you do not need to return the product — we will process the refund directly

       For damaged/wrong product returns: if a physical return is required, we will arrange a free reverse pickup

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Timeline

       Trial Refund requests are approved and initiated within 2–3 business days of your request

       For physical returns: refund is initiated within 2–3 business days of receiving and inspecting the product

       Refunds are credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days of initiation

       Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank

 

5.2 Refund Method

       Prepaid orders: Refund credited to the original payment source (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, wallet)

       Cash on Delivery orders: Refund processed via NEFT to your bank account (bank details will be collected)

       Store credit option available upon request if preferred

 

5.3 Shipping Charges

       Original shipping charges are non-refundable for Trial Refund claims

       Full shipping charges are refunded if the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product

       No restocking fee is charged on any valid return

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch. To cancel, contact us at hello@cleanconcept.in or via our website immediately after placing the order. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow the return/refund process above. Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. If you would like a different variant, size, or quantity, please initiate a return and place a new order. Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the original product.
